The Impact of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence on Labour and Productivity in the Workplace: TUC Chairman, Lagos State Comrade Abiodun Aladetan Calls for Collective Action, Institutional Reviews
The TUC Chairman, Lagos State Council, Comrade Abiodun Aladetan has called for collective action and review of the existing enabling laws to further protect workers from workplace violence, harassment, and sexual and gender-based violence in Nigeria.
This call came as the TUC Chairman engaged participants in electrifying submissions during the programme organised by the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency.
The panel was organised by Ms. Anuli Aniebo fielding other panelists like Comrade Oyinkan Olasanoye, Dr. Nkechinyere (Nikky) Duru, Dr. Iyadunni Atinuke Gbadebo, and Mrs Olubusola Abidakun, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishment Pension and Training.
